SET OF THREE BRACELETS WITH RONDELLES

As I have never heard of your company until I received a pair of your earrings as a gift, I am very dissatisfied that you would come to me as a possible future customer and ask me to pay shipping on a defect product from your company. I have been waiting to hear your response before I made judgement on this situation. I refuse to pay shipping on your defective product. If you respond back by sending a replacement or comparable pair of earrings, I will be able to refer your product to others. If not, you leave me no choice, but to let others know how the company handles their customer service with a problem of their product.

While we are happy to offer a replacement for the earrings, we are unable to cover international shipping costs for items when a proof of purchase isn't available. This policy helps ensue fairness and consistency across all customer service cases.

I would have a proof of purchase if it were not a gift from a friend. The earrings were in the box from the company with the item number and pictures were provided. You can’t deny your box and product. Since I don’t have a receipt they will not replace their defective product unless I pay for shipping. Not the customer service I expected from this company. Too many others out there that will back their product if defective.

Pretty, but the rondelles all roll to the bottom of the wrist, so really only the mesh bracelet is visible most of the time. I won't be able to tell for a while whether the color/shine of the bracelets will withstand wear and tear.
