Christmas & New Year Delivery Information:
Order before 12pm on Friday 20th December for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed between Christmas and New Year will be despatched from Friday 3rd January 2025.
We are stocked online or in over 1000 retail outlets throughout the world, including department stores, airports, and cruise ships.
FREE on all UK orders over £50
We will send your order using 'Royal Mail Signed For'. UK orders are charged £4.99, or this is free for orders over £50. Once payment has been received, your order is processed by our warehouse and you can expect to receive your delivery within three to five working days. If you have not received your order a week after receiving confirmation it was despatched, we would advise contacting your local Royal Mail depot to see if they are holding the order for you.

We are able to deliver worldwide from our UK base using the professional courier DHL, which enables us to constantly track the product. Delivery can take from between 1-5 days after being despatched from our warehouse and our warehouse despatches most orders the same day. Orders sent to the USA are sent using on-demand delivery and we have known orders to the USA East Coast to arrive the next day.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at the checkout and are based on the DHL prices. Charges are fixed per order, and you can get a quote by going to 'My Cart' and entering your location details.
*Please be aware that orders travelling overseas may incur customs charges/duties requiring payment from the customer. This is standard procedure for individuals importing items such as costume jewellery into a country and is calculated according to the local import regulations in that country. Buckley London is not responsible for any import taxes a customer may be billed - they do not form part of the shipping charges. Failure to pay such duties will often result in the order being held and destroyed. These customs charges will also be eligible for whichever shipping method or courier we use - we cannot therefore adhere to requests to use a different shipping method to try and avoid charges as this will be unsuccessful.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send orders to India, Brazil, Russia, Indonesia, Syria, Iran and Sudan, due to their restrictions on importing costume jewellery and problems with access via our couriers. Chinese customers please note that we are unable to deliver orders over ₹10,900.00 value to business addresses and cannot be held responsible should customs clearance issues arise as a result of delivering to a workplace.
